We believe in the real deal. That means fresh dough made with Tipo 00 flour (look it up, there’s no substitute) and sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes (look that up too while you’re at it). Local beer and cider, red and white wine on tap and the best ingredients that we can buy, so you can make your best.
